Shipment
The normal processing time is 5-7 working days after receipt of order. However, this may be slightly longer in case of public holidays.
When placing an order, you have the option of choosing between an invoice address and a delivery address.
No, GLS does not currently deliver to Packstations.
Irrespective of the value of the goods, we will only charge you pro rata shipping costs of:

We do not charge any handling and packaging costs. We also bear most of the shipping costs. (see "How high are the shipping costs?")
GLS delivers the goods all day from Monday to Saturday. Unfortunately, we have no influence on delivery times. If there are problems with delivery, please contact us so that we can resolve the problem.
